Qqeee Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

These Terms & Conditions qqeee A legally binding agreement governing the use of the platform (website: qqeee.ws). By registering on qqeee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

Qqeee is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a global regulatory framework. Users in Bangladesh access the platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Before changes take effect, qqeee will notify members via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create an account on qqeee, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account termination.

• Corporate or proxy accounts are not permitted — qqeee supports personal accounts only.

To complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be required to submit a scan of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. KYC must be completed before processing large withdrawals or activating bonuses.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on qqeee and cover all betting types — Sports, Casino, and Live games.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless qqeee itself initiates the cancellation.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, qqeee reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If there is a delay in accepting a bet due to odds changes during live betting, qqeee may hold the bet pending in the interest of security.
• If a selection in a combo bet is voided, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.

Maximum winnings on a single bet are capped at ৳1 Crore. Any amount won above this limit will be subject to approval by the relevant authority before being paid out.

Qqeee accepts deposits in Bangladesh via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: within 30 minutes for standard members and within 5 minutes for VIP members.
• The maximum withdrawal limit per 24-hour period is determined by your tier level.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will be held until KYC verification is completed.

Qqeee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the relevant terms and conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount.
• Daily Cashback: Cashback is automatically credited at a set rate based on your net daily losses.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a set bonus. The bonus activates after your referred friend makes their first deposit.
• Bonus funds may be used to place bets; however, wagering requirements must be met before any cash withdrawal can be made.
• Qqeee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqeee platform. If any such activity is proven, the associated account will be immediately suspended and funds forfeited.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — such as match betting or reverse betting to exploit bonus earnings.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using another person's account or granting a third party access to your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to breach or hack qqeee's systems.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors.

Qqeee reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of terms and conditions is found.
• If an account is registered using false information.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• By direction of the regulatory authority.

If you wish to close your account, please submit a request through the Help Center. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Qqeee accepts no liability for any of the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unforeseen technical issues.
• Losses arising from the member's own actions — such as losing or sharing their password.

Qqeee strives to maintain the highest technical standards, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance — advance notice will be provided.
